When the user_agent information is attached to a payload sent to the input API, we'd expect it to be displayed on a feedback details page, eg. https://input.allizom.org/en-US/dashboard/response/1063 Ideally, the User Agent could be parsed and information for OS, platform and version being extracted from the string, but that's probably complicated — and can be done by clients anyway. In any case, displaying the UA information would be useful.

The user agent is captured, but is not shown publicly. If you want the user agent or other information that we don't show publicly, you need to talk to UA.
Privacy has already deemed this to be fingerprinting. Sorry. If you need access to this info for a specific purpose, we can probably figure out a better way to expose it to you that isn't making it globally public. The Input API allows you to attach platform and version info (and we can add additional data payload to include browser) so if you need just those, it'd be easiest to submit the available fields.
