Hello contributor! This is a mentored project for Test Informant. For more information on Test Informant see: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Auto-tools/Projects/Test-Informant This project spans multiple bugs. It requires a basic understanding of python, version control (+github) and a fair amount of time. Please comment below or contact ahal in #ateam on irc.mozilla.org if you are interested in taking on this project or if you have any questions.
It would be nice to start adding some B2G/gaia specific test suites to the Test-Informant reports. Since gaia-ui-tests already use manifestparser style manifests, that seems like a good place to start. As of now, Test Informant makes a bunch of assumptions that suites that live in gaia break. For example, it assumes that the tests live in the tests.zip bundle somewhere on ftp.mozilla.org. So we'll need to fix some dependent bugs before we can tackle this directly.

Since this was filed I decided that Test-Informant should be re-written to use structured logs instead of parsing manifests directly. Under such a system we would get gaia-ui-tests for free, so this bug is invalid.
