User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; rv:33.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/33.0 Build ID: 20141011015303 Steps to reproduce: This happens on Blue Cross Site when trying to generate a report in pdf. All other downloading, banking sites and everything else works. I have tried all other fixes found and none seem to work. I have 2 computers and both started doing this right after updating to version 33. Actual results: All fixes failed Expected results: I don't think I have any corrupt profile or other things going on, because it did this on both of my computers and others are having same problem.
You need to set your server delivering the PDF files.

What is "Blue cross site" ?

You see this error in Firefox33 but not in Firefox32 because we added a check to ensure that the content downloaded matches the size that the server reports to us (in the http header). We had to add this check because network errors during a file download would lead to incomplete files without error message (bug 237623). What is happening here is that the server from your insurance company sends a wrong size that doesn't match the size of the PDF. That is a clear violation of the HTTP Protocol rules. You have to contact the support of your Blue Health Insurance. They have to fix this error on their site. You can point them to this bug report in case they need help to understand the issue.
I will contact Blue Cross with the solution and hope they can apply the fix on their server. Thanks All
