1085453 - on session restore and delayed tab load, if on tab in middle, and middle click to open link in new tab, the tab is all the way at the end

Steps to reproduce:

1. set setting for on browser start to restore last session
2. set setting to load tabs on demand (so it doesnt load all tabs on load)
3. opened a bunch of pages/tabs.
4. selcted tab in middle.
5. restarted browser
6. on the tab that it showed on restart i middle clicked a link to open it in a new tab


Actual results:

instead of opening the link in a new tab NEXT to the current tab, it opened it at the very end of the tab strip (which was after a bunch of not yet loaded tabs)


Expected results:

it should have opened next to the current tab

I tried with FF36, I failed to reproduce it.

Did you test with a clean profile?

Crazy I just tested this and didn't run into the problem again. Sorry about this i'll invalid this its invalid then. Thx!
