steps to reproduce:
1. Start an in-app purchase against dev using In-app payment tester
2. Sign in using a new user
3. On the Create PIN page, notice that there is a link to our terms and privacy policy
4. Start entering your PIN

expected behavior:
Links to terms and Privacy policy don't disappear when you start entering your PIN


actual behavior:
Links to terms and Privacy policy on Create PIN disappear once the user starts entering their PIN

This was how was expected to work in order to make room for any error messages due to incorrect input. 

Should we change it?

Verified as fixed in In-App-Payments-TEST app on FF OS 1.4 (Inari). 
The Terms and Privacy policy no longer disappear when entering the PIN, it disappears only when "PINs do not match" error is displayed.
Closing bug.
