Description:
in Portuguese, in the "Date and Time" settings the time change option displays 12-hour, 12 hour
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141020001201
2) Change language to Portuguese
3) Go to "Settings" from the home screen
4) Open "Date and Time" menu
5) Open drop-down from "Time Format" option and observe the time format text
  
Actual:
The time format shows only 12 hour format
  
Expected: 
Should be displayed 12 hour, 24 hour option

The issue doesn't occur on 2.0, this option is not implemented

Talked with QAnalysts: since the format changes when you click on the drop down menu options, this most probably means that the localizer got confused and put the same string twice, instead of putting the 24 hour format one.
Added localizers so they can check on this, and correct. Thanks!

String under / apps/settings/settings.properties.po -> hour-24 

Was translated as : 12 horas
Fixed to : 24 horas

Should be fixed.
