When the user enters the usage application, they will notice that the user alert toggle switch will overlap the description text when set to the Polish language.  See attached screen shot for a visual aid.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141020001201
2) Set the device language to Polish.
3) Select the Usage application from the homescreen.
4) Navigate through the Usage app until the user reaches the user alert toggle switch page (Or open the settings menu in the Usage app).
5) Notice the toggle switch overlaps the description text.
  
Actual:
The user alert toggle switch overlaps the description text in the Usage app.
  
Expected: 
The user alert toggle switch doesn't overlap the description text in the Usage app.

I believe this is a regression (which should be sufficient for correct UX). Also flagging Amy to see if two lines could work here.

The resolution in the duplicate bug mentioned above - wrapping to 2 lines - works.
