Steps to reproduce:

Flame:
1. Set timer to 1 min and start with vibration and tone.
2. When timer expires, timer pop-up screen comes.
3. Do not stop timer and go to home screen.
4. Open camera and start recording.
5. Stop recording and observe the recorded video.


Actual results:

1. while recording timer vibration and tone do not stop.
2. Due to timer vibration camera also vibrates and in camera preview it can be observe while recording.
3. Vibration and timer tone is recorded in video.


Expected results:

There should not be vibration and should not play timer tone while recording video.

The camera app shouldn't be calling into Clock; rather, we should stop the vibration (and sound) when you hit the home button to minimize the Clock alarm.
