This is an offshoot from bug 95937.
In the test case I'm about to attatch to this bug, you'll notice that when you
first load it into mozilla, the 2nd textfield and textarea are overlapping. For
some strange reason this doesn't happen in viewer.
If you type in each of the text widgets on the page (in both viewer and
mozilla) you'll start to see that they all shift upwards because the divs seem
to forget about the floating objects above them.
