properties should bring up the mailing list edit dialog if the focus is on a 
mailing list in the directory pane

I've got a patch for this.  it also includes fixes for some js warnings, the 
crappy looking card pane on start up, and switches the UI elements from "Card 
Properties" and "Edit" to "Properties".

I'll attach a patch.

- Edit button now states Properties
- Select the list from the directory pane, select Properties it displays the 
mail list as expected.
