Steps to reproduce:

1. Open compose window
2. Write one line of text, hit "enter"
3. Click on "item list"
4. Write some text in the first item, hit "enter"
5. Hit "enter" again to leave list mode
6. Write some text, hit "enter"
7. Click on the "item list"


Actual results:

Caret jumps at the end of the last previous line.


Expected results:

List item should be created
Severity: normal → S3
