This ticket is part of a joint MoCo/MoFo contributor analysis project. Find out more here: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Contribute/analysis We are using one ticket per question to track this work. Our goal is to answer a number of questions before the co-incident workweek. Some questions will not be practical to answer in this timeframe and when this happens we will keep the tickets for ongoing analysis after the workweek. If you would like to work on this question, please comment on the ticket. --- QUESTION 4: "Members Returning for Action" How many people only contribute once? What can we learn about this cohort versus those who contribute more than once? How could this data inform future KPIs about community health alongside our existing overall numbers.

I would like to look at what our 'active contribution' over time graph looks like if we only count the people who contribute more than once (or say 'in at least two separate weeks in the prior 12 months'). This could be a more powerful KPI to optimize for than our current 'total active' as it encourages work beyond the first action.

I'll take this bug as Baloo data is probably the best we have for now and access is restricted.
