QUESTION 4: "Members Returning for Action"

How many people only contribute once? What can we learn about this cohort versus those who contribute more than once? How could this data inform future KPIs about community health alongside our existing overall numbers.

I would like to look at what our 'active contribution' over time graph looks like if we only count the people who contribute more than once (or say 'in at least two separate weeks in the prior 12 months').

This could be a more powerful KPI to optimize for than our current 'total active' as it encourages work beyond the first action.
