For contributors who are not already a part of something like Reps where they would sign an NDA, we need a clear process they can work through before we can share raw access data from systems like Baloo.

Our starting point will be to work from the existing reps agreement:

When you all find a process for this can you ping me one of Relman's goals  for Q1 2015 is to on board a new contributor we will need someone under NDA but obviously do not want to limit ourselves to a contributor from the reps program.
