Message headers disappear after selecting then de-selecting all emails in the
message list.

To Reproduce:
- Open MailNews
- Give focus to the message list by clicking on a message
- CTRL-A to select all messages
- De-select all messages by selecting a single message
- Mail headers have disappeared

This happens on both "Normal" and "All" header display options. The only way
I've found to get the headers back is to switch mail folders.

Happens on Linux too. Headers snap back in place if pane separator is moved
slightly, or window is resized.

Seems related to bug 39655, bug 103021

I tried to reproduce this bug on mozilla 2002020208 for windows on pc and I
couldn't reproduce it.  Perhaps its been fixed?
