1086554 - Buttons are not displayed in Moderated Reviews section while in portrait mode

Steps to reproduce
1. Open the browser on your android device and open the reviewer tools page.
2. From the queues select Moderated Reviews.

Expected results:
All the buttons and controls are displayed correctly in portrait and landscape mode.

Actual results:
The translate link, keep review, delete review buttons are not displayed in portrait mode.

Verified on Android 4.2.1 (Galaxy Nexus)

Yes sir i have started onboarding to contributing code but havent gone to such much of depth yet. i went to the this link it  is very helpful Thank you .
