I'd like to see the ability in the Settings -> Homescreen panel for the user to change the padding between the fences/groups. Currently, there is a lot of padding between them, especially with groups. I prefer things a bit tighter and an option to increase and decrease the padding there would be great.

This is not an easy fix, and is also affected by device size and display parameters, what partners want a particular version etc. to look like, as well as language selections (longer languages move into some of what looks like padding in shorter languages), so marking this one WONTFIX for now.
