Steps to reproduce:

Connect from an insecure location. On a train, the ISP MITMs https connections and tries to insert their own certificate.
I have multiple connected calendars (though this happens even if only one ? is used)

This is the version of lightning with Thunderbird 31.2.0


Actual results:

The "accept certificate / confirm security exception" dialog keeps popping up.
I cannot proceed.


Expected results:

Allow me to deny this certificate, and just disable calendar access at this time.
