remove mn, ta-LK, ak, lg, nso, sah, wo, sw locales in product-details

These locales were already removed from mozilla.org in bug 959247. They are being removed from builds in bug 958599

Only sw was not already removed.
I will also remove beta locales mentions for 3.6.x as we no longer propose them for download

Here is a patch removing:
- Swahili (sw) from beta locales
- Romanch (rm) and Oriya (or) from beta locales because the only version in this category was 3.6.x which we don't propose for download anymore

That leaves only one locale on the BETA LOCALES array, Kurdish. Jeff will check their state and take a decision later on whether we keep on shipping them or not.
