Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20141020001201
2) Go to messaging app tap settings 
3) Go to sim settings 


Actual:
Text is truncated 


Expected:
text displays correctly

Suggested changes: from "Ειδοποίηση έκτακτης ανάγκης" to:

1. "Σε έκτακτη ανάγκη"
2. "Έκτακτη ανάγκη"
3. "Έκτακτη ειδοποίηση"

All the above solutions have been tested on keon device and fit.
