Part of replacing the current phone/emulator infrastructure is having a "index" of builds over time (for nighties/try) that looks somewhat familiar to the current index [1] and restricts non-public artifact downloads to ldap users (people with mozilla.com accounts initially) without them being aware of TC creds.

I'm in process of building:
  auth.taskcluster.net:   s.t. persona with @mozilla.com  ->    temporary TC creds
  tools.taskcluster.net:
     - Easy login (with redirect from auth.taskcluster.net)
     - Host all tools
     - Add buildSignedUrl to secure artifact in task-inspector

The task-inspector react.js component is reused in the task-graph inspector, so we'll get that working for free.
I strongly suggest that we also reuse the task-inspector react.js component in the index UI, assuming we want it there and not just link to it.

Note, right now we're forcing index entries to have a taskId. If we want releng to use it now, we might be better off make 3 optional properties: taskGraphId, taskId, runId.
Then you can index anything in associated data, or you can index a taskGraph, a specific task or a specific run, depending on how many of the properties you specify.

I just fixed auth... Apparently that didn't work because of hawk issues.
