Details

After right click in the URL in the navigation toolbar, the popup menu canot be
closed without selecting one of its options.
This doesn't happen with Windows 2000 (Build ID 2001 11 30 03).
The pop-up menu disappears when I click outside it, or press ESC.

Ok, in Linux the popup menu disapear pressing ESC, but not clicking outside it.
It keep on top even after minimizing the main window or switching to another window.
worksforme with 2001110612 linux build.

please try a new build and report back
