seen on commercial trunk builds:

mac 2001-11-06-04-trunk

any attempt by the browser (any app) to access PSM causes a hang.

-simplest way to reproduce is by trying to open PSM itself.
- Tasks | Privacy & Security | Password Manager
hangs everytime.
login test fails as does attempting to open mail  (bug 108661)

note:  waiting long enough, the app eventually crashes.

also changed component to Password Manager (sorry, I ddin't see it at bug 
logging)

this sounds the same as 108637
yes, per blizzards comments in that bug about password manager prompts..this is 
a dupe of bug 108637
