Details

1) Remove them from all pages by emptying the template: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Template:flame

2) Find all pages that use the macro (link in the tempalte) and remove it from the content manually (Note: some pages have two instances)

3) Remove the associated CSS from wiki-customcss.styl and submit a PR

Unfortunately Nov 1st falls on a weekend. I am happy to do this work myself but I will be out of the country and not sure of my internet connection. I'm assigning this to myself for now but will update it if my connection is untenable.
