1086974 - Please re-deploy MSISDN-Gateway 0.4.5-1 to "new" Stage and "old" Stage to pick up OPs changes

Deploying same version as is in Production, just to pick up some Ops changes: elb ssl certs, the poodle ssl vulns (and possibly other changes)

Deploying to the "old" Stage (old Dev IAM) so I can actually test the deployment using Loads and the mock server.

Deploying to the "new" Stage (new Dev IAM) so OPs can work out the process and Dean can "use my new tools"

James - Dean said you wanted the Loads cluster in the same region than the tested service to avoid cross-regions latency. Any specific reason for this ? 

My plan was to have slaves in different regions, as this is probably more realistic than having everything in the same region.

I never actually said that.
I wanted the Loads cluster brought up in the new Dev IAM (which could be eu-west-1 or us-east-1 or...).
This is not about regions, it's about Dev IAMs.
The current loads cluster can not be seen in the new Dev IAM.

The official bug is bug 1090524.
I feel like this bug can be closed.
I assume the "OPs changes" are really to try out the new tools for the new Dev IAM?....
