We're switching to use Route53 in the new cloudservices-aws-dev IAM to manage lcip.org

The new nameservers are: 

ns-1162.awsdns-17.org
ns-919.awsdns-50.net
ns-1827.awsdns-36.co.uk
ns-83.awsdns-10.com


To reduce confusion during the transition I suggest we schedule the change for Friday afternoon.
