Send an STK Setup Idle mode text to the phone, e.g. the command D0268103012800820281828D1BF44E53455420757064617465204F4B2C2052454652455348204F4B Actual results: The text is displayed as a notification. However, if the user taps "Clear all" in the Notifications header, it is removed. This violates ETSI standard TS 102 223 v11.0.0 §6.4.22 Expected results: The SKT idle mode text shall only be possible to remove by the means given in the ETSI specification. It shall not be possible to remove the idle mode text this way.
