Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:33.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/33.0
Build ID: 20141013195847

Steps to reproduce:

Send an STK Select Item command that is not preceded by a main menu selection, e.g. D022810301240082028182850A46697265666F78204F538F0C0153706F6E74616E656F75738F0602506F707570

Actual results:

First time, it starts the Settings application and displays an STK menu, rather as expected. However, it takes some 5 presses on the "back arrow" to return to the settings menu.
Second time, nothing happens at all. If I them manually enter the Settings, the menu is displayed immediately, without first showing the setinngs menu as it did the first time. It still requires 5 presses on back to return to the settings menu.

Expected results:

A Select Item command is perfectly valid without going through the menu, in fact the phone does not need to have a main menu stored at all for this command to be received.

The Select item menu should always be shown. Ideally, "Back" should retrun immediately to the previous context but at least it should suffice with one press to get to the Settings menu.
