Although I had get invitation to participate to the summit 2013 USA but I missed it due to visa problem and also got a letter from Mitchell Baker but don't have 3 vouches on my profile. How can I get those 3 vouches?
Expected results:
Please take initiative.

The security team can't fix this, and no one who can do anything about it can see security bugs: unhiding. But this doesn't sound like a "bug fix" kind of issue; you're probably better off trying to get answers in the relevant community and support groups.
