When joing a vidyo conference call, there is no camera source detected. Checked the web interface, camera is set to 'Vidyo Input 2', no other camera source is available.
Henry, This is Joe with AVDG. I working on your case now and pulling up prints. In the mean time have you rebooted the unit and or forced reboot? Some times as you know gear needs a kick start.
Actually came across this issue yesterday and I rebooted the HD230 and it didn't resolve the issue. Didn't get a chance to reboot today. Also need to take a look at web interface doesn't detect a 'Vidyo Input 1.'
Also rebooted the camera yesterday as well.
Henry, Do you know if the camera has power or not and what type of camera? Is the room open right now?
Henry, Jared is in the area right now and will be stopping by in a few to take a look at this issue. If the room isn't open then please show him the web interface and the rack room so that he can take a look and see if he sees anything wrong or bad. Thanks!
I re-synced the DVI cable for the camera at the Vidyo box and the camera image was restored. Thanks! Jared
Thanks Jared. Confirmed fixed, I'll keep an eye on this room over the next few days.
