Details

When adding reviewers in the "commits" tab, you must press "enter" to submit the form to cause a reviewer to be added to the commit. This UI is not very intuitive. I think that if you tab complete the username, it should add that reviewer without requiring you to press "enter". We may also want some UI that indicates that a filled in but unsubmitted <input> doesn't do anything.
