alexis/natim, both of you are seeing "Any Country" and you say your locale is fr-FR. Did you install a fr-FR build of alder or the en-US? The Firefox UI seems to be in english.

Yes we took the build from the wikipage, not sure if it is an international one.

Did you download it directly from the wiki page? There's two sets of links:
* Browse to the FTP server for en-US builds or l10n builds
* Download the en-US build you want:
The first link led to a page with a bunch of builds for a number of locales. The second set of links were direct downloads to en-US builds.
Do you remember if you had to search for fr-FR download link or did clicking immediately start a download?

As far as I can tell, there is no build for any of the fr locale: https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-alder-l10n/

Oh wow. Sorry about that. Yeah, I didn't see any fr builds either. There was a releng bug 1083893 to get missing locales and platforms built correctly.

That (at time of this comment) has linux and mac builds but no win32 yet for "fr"
Given that there weren't "fr" builds earlier, I think it's safe to assume everyone here tested with en-US builds, and that's why we all saw "Any Country / en-US". To be clear, with the "fr" builds, we currently expect to see no Tiles. (Until maybe tomorrow or Friday -- at which point we should be serving french tiles.)
