Description:
Switching between the Rocketbar and Marketplace search, results in the keyboard not being invoked for the Rocketbar. 

Repro Steps:
1)  Updated Flame to Build ID: 20141022001201
2)  Open the Marketplace app.
3)  Tap on the Rocketbar to invoke the keyboard.
4)  Tap close on the Rocketbar overlay.
5)  Tap on Markeplace search bar.
6)  Tap on the Rockebar again while the keyboard is present for the Marketplace search bar. 
7)  Keeping tapping on the Rocketbar search bar.

Actual:
The keyboard is not invoked when tapping on the Rocketbar search bar.

Expected:
The keyboard is invoked when tapping on the Rocketbar search bar.

This issue also occurs on the Flame 2.2(319mb)(KK)(Full Flash)

Keyboard is not invoked when tapping on the Rocketbar search bar after going from the Rocketbar to the Marketplace search bar back to the Rocketbar.

[Blocking Requested - why for this release]: 100% reproducible issue that may be hit by some users. The keyboard should be readily available when switching between different scenarios.
