Description:
When user watches a video full screen and the app permission page appears, if the user accepts the permission page while changing volume, the app permission page will appear every time user changes volume settings during a full screen video.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141022001201
2) Go to youtube and play a video
3) Put the video in full screen
4) When app permission appears, have volume meter appear before accepting the permission. (Do this by changing volume of phone)
5) With the video in full screen, change the volume and observe the permission message
Actual:
App permission message appears when changing volume

This issue does NOT occur on Flame 2.0 (319mb) KK and Flame 2.2 (319mb) KK

Nominating this as a blocker for 2.1. This notification is disruptive to the user when they are changing the volume during a video. This is also a regression

This issue no longer reproduces even on the original build with the reporter helping.
