Description:
If the user selects all of the smart collections, and then select a custom collection to add at the same time, when they approve the change only the custom collection will have been added to the homescreen. The list of smart collections that they selected will not be added.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141021001201
2) Long press on the homescreen 
3) Starting from the bottom of the list, select all of the smart collections (selecting custom last)
4) Name and approve the custom
5) Observe only the custom collection added to the homescreen

Actual:
Only one of the user's selected collections will be added.
  
Expected: 
All of the user's selected collections are added.

Tested with Full Flash on 319mb using Engineering builds

This bug repro's on Flame KK builds: Flame 2.2 KK, Flame 2.1 KK, Flame 2.0 KK, Flame 2.0 Base

Actual Results: Selecting all the collections and then also selecting a Custom collection will ONLY create the custom collection.

Mass update: Resolve/Wontfix all existing collections bugs as this feature is now removed.

Please re-open or file a new bug if you feel that this bug still exists in master.
