I was using a build from today's fx-team, but also reproduced this on aurora.
STR:
- go to http://www.tsu.co/#the-problem
- start scrolling up and down
See the attached gif to see the result.
When the background scrolls to reveal a new photo, it leaves 1px high horizontal lines on the way, with more or less space between them depending on how fast you scroll.
