From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC; en-US; rv:0.9.5+) Gecko/20011026
BuildID: 2001102608

Visiting this URL brings up two of the download dialog windows. One looks fine,
but the other is shortened, and the part that's not there is where all the
buttons are. Once this window is in existence, I can find no way to get rid of
it, short of quitting Mozilla.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to the attached URL
2.Note the two download windows
3.

Actual Results: There's a non-closable window on the screen

Expected Results: Probably should be only one window (the "good" one)

I can provide a Macintosh "pict" screenshot of the funny window
Isaac, can you still reproduce this problem using Mozilla 0.9.6? I see no download dialog
windows when I access the specified URL in any Mac browser.
No download windows appear using the 2001112011 build, so the problem seems to
be to be fixed.

For comparison, I also again tried the 2001102608 build, and the download
windows still did appear.
