Description:
When the user records 1000 laps in the stopwatch page the pause button will appear once and then never return after tapped. Pause button is instead replaced permanantely with "Resume" and "Reset" buttons until clock app is force closed.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141022001201
2) Open clock app from the homescreen
3) Tab over to the stopwatch page
4) Tap start to begin lap recording
5) Continually tap the lap button to reach 1000 laps
6) At 1000 laps tap pause 
7) Now tap Resume

  
Actual:
Pause button gets replaced with resume and reset.
  
Expected: 
After tapping resume the pause button should appear again
