Description:
When the user has a Sim pin set and enters the Dialer app after skipping it when unlocking the sim pin screen will appear. if the user presses home while the sim pin screen and keyboard is up half the screen will be black while it is transitioning to the home screen.
Prerequisite:
Have a sim pin set and turned on.
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141023001201
2) Unlock the phone and skip entering the sim pin
3) Open the dialer app
4) While the sim pin screen and keyboard are up press the "Home" button
5) Observe screen transition
Actual:
half the screen is black when transitioning out of the dialer app
Expected:
it is expected that the full dialer app is shown when transitioning to the homescreen
