Steps to Reproduce
1) Open Browser
2) Open guardian.com
3) Scroll down a page and then scroll back up to collapse rocket bar
4) Tap rocket bar

Expected Results
The rocket bar should expand and the search app should be shown 

Actual Results
The rocket bar expands, the search app is shown but then the rocket bar collapses, so you can see two rocket bars.

sounds like a bug.  it doesnt reproduce if the content is scrolled to the top of the screen and you tap the rocketbar.

This was filed first, but I'm going to dupe the other way as bug 1090562 already has a patch. Thanks for filing and for the screenshot.
