Here's my best guess for the info we need:
default_currency: ZAR
default_language: af (out of the 11 official languages Afrikaans was at the top?)
mcc: 655
ratingsbody: ?

Default language should be English. There are 3 languages we are supporting apart from English: Afrikanaas (af), Zulu (zu), Xhosa (xh), so lets make sure those are added to the supported locales.
