Story
Create new profile
open some tabs with content
open about:preferences in a new tab
make sure that "When Nightly starts" ist set to "show my tabs and windows from last time"
Close Firefox
Restart Firefox

Result:
tab ist restored with about:preferences showing as url, but blank
Tab is not usable

Expected Result:
about:preferences should be restored like any other tab
