Steps to reproduce:

I would like to get access Level 2.
It would be nice, if I can get access only to project/metro branch without any others trees.
I already have access Level 1. My public key is in Bug 984342.

Vouch.

Maksim's been working with various teams over the past couple years on pointer, touch, and apzc related support in platform. His team is using the metro browser as a reference platform so we're trying to keep it running. Giving Maksim commit access here would help alleviate a checkin bottleneck for that repo (me).

Could I push changes into projects/metro ? hg showed error:
remote: abort: could not lock repository /repo/hg/mozilla/projects/metro: Permission denied
abort: unexpected response: empty string

I believe this indicates a problem on the Mercurial server (stale lock file).  If this is still happening, please file a bug here:

Did you go ahead and file a bug where Matt suggested? Everything on the GUI is all set on this side.
