User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:33.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/33.0
Build ID: 20141011015303
Steps to reproduce:
After paying for a paypal shipping label the window to print pops up and never goes anywhere.
Actual results:
This just started after updating to the new Firefox. Whenever I try to print out a paypal shipping label it gets stuck on "Please wait ...........processing" and never goes to the next step. It works fine in Chrome. (I also tried it in safe mode)
Expected results:
The window should redirect to an interface to print out a shipping label.
Could you test with a clean profile, please.

Im getting the exact same thing, Ive tried java and everything. The new java is completely worthless with trying to get around it since it uses pitney bowes serves and the sub domain is always different. Ive tried explorer which just goes into an infinite loop and then says sorry we stopped trying the inifinte loop since its ok.
And chrome, the only one that works can handle it as well as direct through ebay it can also do it through mozilla. Another trigger I notice is that everytime I goto start my paypal shipment, it always says connection timed out, then you hit try again and it goes through. Before it would do this sometimes and sometimes not, how it does it everytime and everytime it just says please wait processing. Ive reset, reinstalled and rest java and all security prompts, mozilla, reset my profile. Nothing works.
Looks like chrome is the only fix for now. Really tired of having to jump around browsers and no clue who to blame on this issue. Java is buggy ****, paypal is involved, so is pitney bowes.
You dont need Java to use Paypal and its services.
As I said, try:
1) in safe mode: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode
2) with a clean profile: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles
I have the exact same problem after upgrade Paypal will not print a label. Crome works but IE doesn't work either. Safe mode does not resolve the problem. Paypal Label stuck on processing using firefox
Just tried it with a new profile and that didn't affect the problem either. Please Wait Processing this definitely worked before the update I printed labels on Thursday and today after the update the shipping labels will not populate.
This is what we see when we try to print a shipping label from paypal.

Also, The webpage links can't really be posted because it links to personal info and only lasts 24 hours.
Safe mode nor new profiles do not work as previously stated. Any info on this?
