The Howrse team responded, they do not currently support Firefox OS for playing the game. As I don't even think Howrse is an important Czech website, I am closing the bug as WONTFIX for now. In fact the international howrse.com does not redirect to mobile version as well...

If something changes (e.g. Howrse decide to support Firefox OS), feel free to reopen.

No response from the developers. And as Firefox OS for smartphones has been terminated, closing this as WONTFIX. :(
