Description:
If you pull down the status bar while in the 'Camera' app, it will be devoid of all icons other then the 'search the web' text box.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141024001204
2) Tap the 'Camera' app
3) Pull down the Status bar and observe
  
Actual:
The status bar is blank except for the 'search the web' text box.
  
Expected: 
The status bar has all the icons available (ex: time, wifi, battery, ect)

This issue also occurs in Flame 2.0(319mb) and Flame 2.2(319mb)

If you open the 'Camera' app and pull down the status bar, it will be devoid of all icons.

This issue also happens in the 'Video' app and the 'Gallery' app.

[Blocking Requested - why for this release]:

Nominating this to block. The user should always be able to view priority icons in the status bar when it is called by swiping from the top of the phone

"search the web" box is not on 2.0.

on 2.1 - when i tested, when "search the web" shows, pull again and notification will show as usual.
