This bug is for landing NSS 3.18 beta snapshots, and eventually NSS 3.18 final, into Mozilla 36.
Landed 3.18 beta 1 into inbound, with r=wtc from email.

The new NSS won't contain any new APIs.

Therefore Wan-Teh and I would like to change the version number of the release to 3.17.3
Summary: Upgrade Mozilla 36 to use NSS 3.18 → Upgrade Mozilla 36 to use NSS 3.17.3
Removing the dependency relationship with bug 1012549 because this NSS release doesn't yet contain the required changes for that bug.

Aurora 36 already contains all the code of the final NSS 3.17.3 release

This patch is required to finalize the version numbers.

(We decided not to use the 3.18 version number, because the single new API addition was backed out prior to release.)
