It would be really great if I could identify components by icon, so that I could glance at my buglist and see "oh! I have a lot of security bugs today" or "Oh man the build system is hurting" very quickly. I guess all you'd have to do is associate a component with an image. Another way to do this would be with CSS - you just put a class="<escaped-component-name>" somewhere around the component line, and then you just have some CSS rules that map classes to images.. another advantage of this would be that the CSS could be cached on the client so you wouldn't have to keep sending "<img src=".....">" tags

one additional feature would be for the per-component icon to appear as the site icon for the bug (i.e. with <link rel="icon"...>
there's already a bug about css style support, iconography for bugs would be amusing.
