This request outlines the community program in support of Firefox 10th Anniversary. We are asking people to pick a landmark, put on a Firefox t-shirt or other Firefox gear, take a photo and share it using #ChooseIndependent and #fx10. Our goal is to generate 4.5-5.5M social media impressions. (for reference: Community efforts for Australias generated 3.6M).

There are two pillars to the community program:
- Broad Participation: through a series of communications (emails to reps, FSA's, local email lists, Monday project meeting) we are driving people to a landing page rallying people to participate. We will give them simple instructions on taking a photo and sharing it. We will also provide social media content (avatars, posts, etc) making it very easy for someone to participate and help us light a fire.
- Going Deeper: In four cities: Berlin, Rio de Janiero, Hyderabad and SF we are will be renting shuttle buses. They will be Firefox branded. The buses will tour these cities hitting 4-6 iconic locations. Photos will be taken and posted from these locations. Street teams made up of community members (paid and volunteer staffers) will encourage others at these locations to take photos and share them. We will hand out t-shirts to those that take a photo/participate in a photo and postcards to others that want to support Firefox. In SF & Hyderabad the bus will happen on Nov. 9th and in Berlin & Rio the bus will happen on Nov. 10th.

The budget for this program is: $36,735. This covers the shuttles, branding on the shuttles, swag (t-shirts, postcards and stickers), food, and travel for the community members participating that need to travel.
