Description:
When changing wallpaper with camera and exiting, the users returns home instead of the 'Select from:' screen

Setup Steps:
1) Flame device is set to 319mb

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141024001204
2) Long press homescreen > Change Wallpapper
3) Tap Camera
4) Tap the X icon

Actual:
users returns home 

Expected:
users returns to the 'Select from:' screen

This issue also reproduces on the Flame 2.2 and the Flame 2.0, the users returns home instead of the 'Select from:' screen.
