Steps to reproduce:

There will be a notification when a download is completed.

1.Pull down Android notification Notification, Firefox restarts as soon as clicking on "Clear".

2.In the notification bar select the downloaded picture (file) will first start Firefox, and then start the picture viewer.

Expected results:

1. Firefox should not be restarted by clearing the notification menu.
2. By clicking on the downloaded file in the notification menu, the file should be opened directly instead of launching Firefox.
